Tony's role is to ensure the safeguarding and protection and the mental fitness of the children, gymnasts, coaches and officials of the Club.

Tony is a Sports Coach UK lecturer for the 'Safeguarding and Protecting Children' qualification, is adviser to the East Midlands Ethics and Welfare team and as part of the British Gymnastics workforce delivers the the 'Time to Listen' Welfare Officers' course in England and Wales.

Tony is also qualified and recognised as a Mental Health First Aider by both the NHS and British Gymnastics
