Q&A
How do I sign up?
Please get in touch with us by email, via Facebook or our website (inquiry page) to see if we have space in the class you are interested in.
Can we try out a session before joining the Club?
Yes, we offer a paid trial lesson before committing to Direct Debit payments. This will give participants a chance to try out one of our sessions before deciding if they would like to join up as a full member.
Do you have a waiting list?
Most of our classes have waiting lists which is why we ask all parents register their interest before turning up for any of the sessions. We continuously review numbers in all of our sessions to invite gymnasts from the waiting list for a trial sessions with us.
Our Adults and Freestyle classes have no waiting list and based on Pay As You Go.
Do I need to pay monthly?
Yes there is different price for each class please visit classes page to see price for each session. Adult and Freestyle classes are Pay As You Go.
Where are your Venues?
As you may know we have two "iFlip Centres" one in Hinckley and one in Leicester for more information please visit contact page .
How can I Pay?
All fees are managed through an online payment system called PaySubsOnline. Each member will need to set up a direct debit when signing up. We will generate the link for payment for you via email when you have signed up and filled out registration form.
What equipment do you have?
Both of our venues are fully equipped with gymnastics apparatus, training aid, trampolines and many more. Our Hinckley venue also has a foam pit.
Can I watch the class?
We follow National Governing Bodies none viewing policy for parents/guardians/spectators. We ask that parents/guardians do not stay within the Gymnastics centre during the class and wait in the cafe area/waiting area, this is for health and safety reasons (Child protection and Safeguarding), and to ensure the concentration of the gymnasts is purely on the activity itself and the coaches of
the session. If it is your child’s first session, we permit parents/guardians to watch the first 15 minutes of the session to ensure their child has settled into the class and are happy to continue. Last week of every term Parents will get a chance to see all the children for full session.
Do you have changing rooms facilities?
Yes both locations do have changing and toilet facilities.
At what age can my child start at your club?
We run huge range of programs from preSchool (age 18months) to adult gymnastics, please visit our classes page for more info....
When do you close during the year ?
We close for one week in the summer and two weeks at Christmas. All members are offered 48 weeks(49 on most cases) of delivery inside one calendar year. We do also close all Monday bank holidays. All members will be notified of any closures.
At what time do I need to arrive before each session?
Please arrive at least five minutes before the start of the class and arrive back five minutes before the class is due to finish.
Do I need to stay around whilst the session is on?
Parents/guardians should wait in the reception area of the Gymnastics centre. A member of staff will bring the gymnasts out to the parents/guardians of whom the gymnasts are being collected by. Parents are responsible to arrive on time to pick your children up. We advise that parents with children under 6 remain on the premises (waiting room/cafe) until the class finishes.
What do I do if my child wishes to leave the club?
You must give at least one week’s notice via email before your direct debit payment is due, to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be provided for those gymnasts who leave the club without informing us at least one week before their monthly direct debit payment.
