Premium Classes (1.5 hours per week)

Our Premium classes are tailored for young gymnasts with prior experience, focusing on advanced skills both with and without apparatus. Participants will work progressively within the East Midlands Gymnastics GFA framework and on achieving milestones in the IFLIP Gymnastics Awards Scheme.

As part of this programme, Premium class members will have the chance to compete in at least four competitions each year, which will include County and East Midlands events, along with two competitions at our Annual Club Championships. This provides a supportive and structured pathway for skill enhancement and competitive growth.
