General Gymnastics Classes (1 hour per week)

Our one-hour General Gymnastics classes are ideal for children with little to no previous gymnastics experience. Open to both girls and boys, these sessions offer a fun introduction to gymnastics, where young athletes will explore skills with and without apparatus. The focus is on developing core abilities that support each child’s progression along the gymnastics pathway.

Each gymnast will work through the IFLIP Awards Scheme, allowing them to build skills progressively and gain confidence. As part of this programme, participants will also have the exciting opportunity to compete in two competitions each year, including our Annual Club Championships.
