Our Foundation Gymnastics classes are the perfect next step in your child’s gymnastics journey. These sessions are designed to encourage independence and skill development, building on the basics introduced in Preschool Gymnastics. With a focus on core gymnastics fundamentals, children gain confidence, coordination, and strength, setting a solid groundwork for the General Gymnastics pathway.

In a supportive environment, young gymnasts will learn foundational skills that encourage progress and prepare them for more advanced stages in their gymnastics adventure.

Foundation gymnasts will have opportunity to take part in two competitions at our Annual Club Championships. This provides a supportive and structured pathway for skill enhancement and competitive growth.
